My Top 3 Favourite Movies

Today is the day I was in between not posting and posting and so as you already know I decided to post! I want to share my 3 favourite movies with you all! These are my all time favourite movies and one owns a huge part of my heart for a reason I will not share just yet!

1. A Cinderella Story

This movie has had a huge impact on my life. I have loved it ever since I have remembered and I adore the whole story line. I am one of those girls into fairytale romances and never ending love and I'm not afraid to admit it ( even though it is very over the top! ) I am not 100% sure but I think the reason I have been an unnatural blondie for so long was because of this movie! I think so anyway. I started getting blonde highlights in my hair since a young age and only 3 months ago was the first time I ever got an over all blonde in my hair! What has really struck me as unusual and crazy is more and more people say to me "Wait, what I thought you were naturally blonde" and then I'm like "Have you not seen my roots?!". It shocks me so much because my roots get very dark! Another thing from this movie which I know definitely came from this was my love of converse! My first pair were the high top pink ones Hillary Duff wore in the movie! Although I loved them so much I rarely wore them as converse were no where and I mean no where near how popular they are today. I was so self conscious of wearing them but I was a child and wanted to fit in! This movie has one the best quotes I have ever heard

" Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game"

I have always remembered this quote and I really believe in it. If you want to do something you should never be afraid of failing as we are only human and enjoy the process even if it ends unsuccessfully you should make the most out of it! This movie has always been my childhood favourite and always will be. It is my favourite still.

2. Free Willy

Okay technically there is more than one Free Willy movie but I love each and every one! I had a complete obsession with whales and dolphins growing up. I had my bedroom painted blue, when people asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up I said a marine biologist and then I always had a huge imagination as a child so I was completely convinced I would be able to own a dolphin or whale in my back garden. Oh how I miss those days! This movie is another great storyline it's a beautiful story between Willy the killer whale and Jesse. I have watched it so many times and I have each and every movie. I might of said only one movie has a huge part of my heart but thinking now Free Willy was always a huge part of my childhood so I think it will always have a least a corner of my heart! One of the best moments of my life happened in Spain in one of those waterparks. We arrived late and I was of course devastated because I was ecstatic to see the dolphins. During most of these shows an audience member is picked and I got picked!!! I caught a person gesturing their hand to come down and I would of been a shy child but noooo I slipped my feet into my flip flops and legged it down. The whole slipping my feet into my flip flops is a moment I remember so well because at that very second I was so filled with joy. I ran down the steps and the slipped a life jacket over my head and I was ushered into a little boat and next thing the dolphin was using his nose to push the boat! After a boat journey and after working the crowd with my wave (my family said I waved like the Queen) I was up on the standing area gesturing the dolphin to turn around and to make noises! I was no once shaken with nerves or terrified of how deep the water was. It was such an amazing moment for a little girl who loved Free Willy. Also check out my Bucket List where one of them is to see Fungi the dolphin here in Ireland.

3. Just Go With It

This movie has no space in my heart what so ever, no offensive to the movie! It is the funniest movie I have came across. Not only do I have a great love for Jennifer Aniston ( I have an obsession with friends) but Adam Sandler is obviously one of the best and funniest actors. It is a movie which you will remember the funny lines forever! It is the best comedy and it of course has a little bit of love!

If you have clicked on this because you've (like me) tried a million things to get rid of blackheads  but failed each and every time you have definitely  clicked on the right post. I have always struggled with retting rid of my blackheads and it's drove me crazy, trying crazy things one after the other. Today is the day I share my secret to minimising blackheads! Have you heard of a brand called Simple? If you haven't heard of simple let me tell you all about them.

However you don't need sensitive skin to use Simple, their products cover you no matter what your skin type. There is never anything harsh put into Simple products which is a big thumbs up from your skin. Simple shows you exactly what they'll put on you face each time you look at one of their products, a smile.

If you have stubborn blackheads and you need to get rid of them as soon as possible,
meet Simple's Pore Minimising Toning Cleanser

I began to use this cleanser after my Mam bought it for me and I knew from the name it was going to be good but I never knew just how good it would be. I am already through my first bottle! I began to put a little on a cotton pad morning and night and concentrated on my nose area as it where my blackheads are. After about 2 weeks I immediately noticed how much smaller the blackheads were. I was so happy to have found the product that worked for me. It is a product that has been made with such skin loving ingredients and it does exactly what it says. I know it worked for me and it worked after a long tedious journey of cancelling out so many products. It can bed hard to find the right one but once you find it everything else becomes Simple.

Take A Look At My Week | 1

This is a new type of post which Im going to post every week, writing brief pieces on every day from Monday to Friday. A few pictures will bed added to. Are you ready for the first week?

Monday

Monday was a wet wet Monday. I pretty much stayed in doors hanging out with Jack. I then spent the evening playing board games with my family! Board games will never get boring in my eyes and tonight just proved that theory once again. I finished the night off with a hot chocolate and some of the strawberry Quality Street Chocolates! I'm so strange when it comes to chocolate and strawberries. I love to eat strawberries, they are definitely one of my most  loved fruit and here where I live in Ireland they have the best I've ever tasted. However I could not for the live of me stomach strawberry ice cream or milkshakes or anything like that. And then I do love chocolate but I would never pick up a plain Dairy Milk bar and stomach that but I love chocolate ice cream! I'm weird I know haha!

Tuesday

On Tuesday I knew we were in for another wet and miserable day so I planned some baking and just a day of chilling out. I decided to bake one of Laura Vitale's recipes! I went for the Guinness and Gingerbread loaf. The loaf tin in the pictures was bought from TK Max, I love it!

Wednesday

It was just another chill day and in the evening I played some board games again! I decided to make chicken curry for dinner and I don't know what happened but it tasted like washing up liquid, it was hilarious!! I didn't do anything really to bring in the New Year I think I was in the bath at 12!

Thursday

Thursday was the day where I stayed in bed till 11:45am! I slept and slept and slept as I do find it harder to get up in the winter and I'm back to college soon! I had chicken curry again and it was delicious. Thursday was also the day I got back into my Youtube channel you can find it here!
I love to play Sims and that's mainly what it consists of right now but I hope to branch out soon as it's quite stressful being in college and managing everything else with it too.

Friday

On Friday my boyfriend Jack and I went shopping. We went to catch the 1:20pm bus from our town only to realise it was flooded, again! It's really upsetting to see the devastation it brings to the houses and shops near our river! The bus stop is right beside the river so the bus couldn't even stop there it was crazy and ended up being stuck in traffic still in our town when we should of been shopping! We went to Bridge Water Shopping Centre in Arklow and I found it great. I love shopping centre because they are so convenient, there's always a great variety of shops and your safe from the rain any Irish person knows that's important. We dined in Eddie Rockets, obviously! I had cheese and bacon fries, coke and we shared an Oero milkshake. I had such a good day and I will definitely be back to that shopping centre.

What I got for Christmas 2015

Heres my edition of the most popular blog post of December! I got some amazing gifts from my family and friends and I decided to show you what I got. I am in no way bragging about what I got I just find it interesting to see what other's got and I know there's thousands other just like me.

Here's just an over look of what I got! I received my Hunter Wellies as an early gift so I could get some use out of them. I received the Adidas runners after Christmas! I will explain each product in detail and give the type and name of them down below.

This is my very first GHD styler and I was thrilled to get this as I had been using a Remington one that was as thick as a brick. This is the Artic Gold V Styler from GHD.  It is beautiful and I know I will probably never go back to just standard hair straighteners. I got this from my boyfriend Jack.

What I got next was the big present from my parents, it was the Macbook. I have had an iMac for like 5 years now and I wanted a more portable version. I couldn't get a good picture of it but I got the silver one and I'm in love. I know I would never go back to a non Apple computer.

I received this Alex and Ani bracelet from my Godson Noah. I have three of these now and this is by far by my favourite , it's personal and really meaningful!

I got this La Roche Posay hamper from my Mam. It is full of goodies that I'm dying to try out, I'm slowing putting together my skincare routine that really works for me. I will share it on here once I have completed it.

This is the mint green Ted Baker set and I love it. I have a slight obsession with Ted Baker and I love a good hand cream. I got this off my Godmother and will definitely be saving the tin!

These are my brand spanking new Adidas runners! They are the ZX Flux Advanced. I'm really leaning towards grey lately and I didn't like these as much at first but I love them now!

Here's a picture of my Hunters which I previously had in a post. They are so comfy and warm I love it.

So thats' pretty much all I got for Christmas and I am oh so very grateful!  I hope you had a fantastic Christmas and a wonderful new year! I am hopefully going to be posting a lot more on here this year and I enjoy it a lot.
